Keto Chips with Cheese and Avocado - Keys Nutrition

A great alternative recipe to chips and all low in carbohydrates! 🥑

Ingredients :
• A crushed ripe avocado
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan
• 1 C. teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon of spices of your choice (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
Mix everything and spread in the shape of tiles on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 325F for 25 min.
