Pumpkin ingredients:

• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 egg
• 1 C. teaspoon pumpkin spice* ( homemade recipe below)
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract

Brownie ingredient:
• 1/2 cup almond flour (available here)
• 1/4 cup pure cocoa powder (available here)
• 1/2 cup sweetener of your choice (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
• 1 oz of sugar-free dark chocolate of your choice (available here)
• 10 tbsp. tablespoon of softened butter
• 3 large eggs
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract

*Pumpkin Spice Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp. teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tbsp. teaspoon ginger
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon cloves
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon nutmeg
