Ingredients (for 14 servings):
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¾ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 5 tbsp. tablespoon of a plant-based drink of your choice
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon of almond butter
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1 C. tablespoon of collagen powder
- 1 C. teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 orange zest
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of raw cocoa nibs
Preparation :
- In the blender container, combine all the ingredients except the cocoa nibs. Mix until you have a lumpy dough.
- Add the cocoa nibs and mix for a few seconds to incorporate them well.
- Make balls the size of a ping-pong ball and lay them flat in a container. Place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour or store them in the freezer until ready to eat.
- When you want to eat them, take them out for a few minutes at room temperature, then enjoy!
