Keto energy balls

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut shavings
  • ¾ cup of almonds
  • ½ cup of cashews
  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons of a vegetable drink of your choice
  • 4 tbsps. of almond butter
  • 2 tbsps. of hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of collagen powder
  • 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 orange peel
  • 2 tbsps. of raw cacao shards 

Preparation :

  1. Combine all ingredients except cocoa nibs in a blender jar. Blend until you obtain a lumpy paste. 
  2. Add cocoa shards and blend for a few seconds in order to incorporate.
  3. Roll into balls as big as ping-pong balls and lay flat in a container. Refrigerate for 1 hour or store in the freezer until ready to eat. 
  4. When you want to eat them, bring them out to room temperature for a few minutes, then enjoy!
