
Keto energy balls
Ingredients :
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut shavings
- ¾ cup of almonds
- ½ cup of cashews
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons of a vegetable drink of your choice
- 4 tbsps. of almond butter
- 2 tbsps. of hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp. of collagen powder
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 orange peel
- 2 tbsps. of raw cacao shards
Preparation :
- Combine all ingredients except cocoa nibs in a blender jar. Blend until you obtain a lumpy paste.
- Add cocoa shards and blend for a few seconds in order to incorporate.
- Roll into balls as big as ping-pong balls and lay flat in a container. Refrigerate for 1 hour or store in the freezer until ready to eat.
- When you want to eat them, bring them out to room temperature for a few minutes, then enjoy!
