Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a mold of 6 donuts. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside. In a food processor, cream butter, vanilla and erythritol. Add the eggs, mixing again until smooth. Alternately, add the bowl of dry ingredients and the sugar-free almond milk. Add the mixture to 3/4 of your donut cavities and cook for about 20 minutes. Let cool.
Method :
In a saucepan, heat the butter andSwervebrown sugar for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cook until mixture thickens slightly, about 10 more minutes. Let cool a little before icing your donuts. (The frosting hardens as it cools)
