Makes 16 bars.
Method :Prepare a square mold with parchment paper and set aside. Using the food processor, mix all the ingredients for the bar preparation. Transfer to the square mold, spread well and freeze for around thirty minutes. Cut into 16 uniformly sized bars. Refreeze again for 30 minutes. Heat the icing ingredients in the microwave alternately for 30 seconds so as not to burn the chocolate. Dip your bars in the frosting to coat the tops.
