A very simple dessert, excellent for beginners and even for the most experienced!!
Take the butter out of the fridge in advance so that it softens.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl where you have softened the butter to a cream, add the egg, then the almond powder, sweetener, flavorings and yeast.
Mix with a spatula until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Pour the dough into an 8-9cm diameter ramekin and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180°C, monitoring the cooking.
Unmold straight out of the oven and leave to cool on a rack so that the crust hardens.
