A very simple dessert, excellent for beginners and even for the most experienced!!

  1. Take the butter out of the fridge in advance so that it softens.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  3. In a bowl where you have softened the butter to a cream, add the egg, then the almond powder, sweetener, flavorings and yeast.
  4. Mix with a spatula until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  5. Pour the dough into an 8-9cm diameter ramekin and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180°C, monitoring the cooking.
  6. Unmold straight out of the oven and leave to cool on a rack so that the crust hardens.
