Here is a keto recipe for little chocolate treats! ❤️

Ingredients :
• 1 cup melted sugar-free dark chocolate chips (available here)
• 1 medium avocado
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
• A pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup pure cocoa powder (available here)
Swerve powder to taste (available here)

Instructions :
Grind the avocado using a blender. Add the melted chocolate, mix again. Add the vanilla and pinch of salt. The mixture must be homogeneous. Place in the refrigerator for around 15-20 minutes to firm up slightly. Prepare a bowl with the cocoa powder and Swerve powder to taste (to dispel the bitterness of the cocoa a little). Shape into small balls (around a tablespoon) and roll in the bowl of cocoa. Place in the refrigerator for storage.

Makes approximately 15 truffles.
