Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Using a food processor, blend everything until it forms a paste. Press into the bottom of a 9" tart pan. Bake for around ten minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool.
Method :
Put your chocolate in a large bowl, (make sure it is roughly cut if it is not chocolate chips). In a medium saucepan, bring the cream and sweetener to a boil. Add to your chocolate and whisk until a stiff ganache consistency. Add the butter, mix again and pour over your crust. Garnish with fruit of your choice.
