Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder, set aside. In the bowl of a food processor, mix all other wet ingredients well. Add the flour mixture. Beat again and transfer into two 9" round molds, previously greased. (if you only have one mold, you absolutely must bake twice) Cooking time is approximately 25 minutes. Leave the two slices of pasta to cool completely.

Whip the 35% cream, sweetener and vanilla until stiff like whipped cream. To book.
