Ingredients :
• 2 packages of 225g cocktail sausages
• 1 cup low-carb maple syrup ( recipe here ) or ( products available here )
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 3 chopped green onions

Method :
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to macerate everything well. Afterwards you can cook on the stove or in the oven ( 400F for around 30 min ) Nothing could be simpler! Good tasting. 😋
