- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. chili powder, divided in half
- 1/2 tsp. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp. teaspoon garam masala
- 1 C. teaspoon cumin
- 1 C. cayenne pepper
- 1 C. tablespoon of ginger powder
- 3 tbsp. teaspoon garlic powder
- 7 cinnamon sticks 7 cm
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (available here)
