Here is a great alternative recipe to the famous “pocket pizzas”!

Ingredients :
• 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 2/3 cup almond flour (available here)

Method :
Melt the cheese in the microwave. Then add the flour and mix well. Roll between 2 parchment papers, garnish to your liking and close. 350F for 20 mins.

Makes two pizza pockets.
