Crustless Keto Salmon Pot Pie - Keys Nutrition

Same taste as a good grandma's salmon pâté but with a little keto touch! 🥧

Ingredients :

• 1 medium cauliflower
• 500g of fresh salmon (or smoked trout)
• 3-4 chopped green onions
• 1 cup of homemade keto mayonnaise (recipe here) or starter ( available here )
• 1 cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs
• “ Les Savoureux Assaisonnements ” fish spices (available here in several flavors)
• Pepper to taste

Makes a pâté of 4 to 6 large servings.
