Keto Vanilla and Raspberry Panna Cotta

Steps
Method :
In a saucepan, heat the cream, vanilla extract and erythritol until boiling. Dissolve the cold water with the powdered gelatin in a small bowl. Remove the heated cream from the heat and add the gelatin mixture. Wait for it to cool and pour into 4 glasses of your choice. Place in the refrigerator.
Method :
In a saucepan (you can use the vanilla saucepan) heat the raspberries, erythritol and lemon juice until boiling point. Do the same process for the gelatin and water by diluting in a small bowl. Remove from heat and combine gelatin. Leave to cool, pour over the vanilla panna cotta and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

• 1/4 cup erythritol (available here)
• 1/3 cup cold water
• 2 1/4 tsp. teaspoon neutral gelatin powder

• 2 tbsp. teaspoon lemon juice
