Chocolate Panna Cotta and Lemon Cream à la Minne! 🐱🤎🍋


Chocolate panna cotta ingredients :
• 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
• 1 cup 35% cream
• 1/2 sachet of neutral gelatin
• 3 tablespoons of sweetener ( Erythritol here )
• 100g dark chocolate without sugar or 85% or more ( Krisda Chips here )

Lemon cream ingredients:
• 50ml lemon juice
• 1/2 cup sweetener ( Erythritol here )
• 2 eggs
• 5 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
• Fruits to garnish (raspberries for me)

Method :
This recipe makes 4 glasses. Heat the cream, milk and sweetener in a saucepan. Remove from the heat at the first simmer. Add the gelatin, as well as the chocolate. Stir and pour into the 4 glasses. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. For the lemon cream, heat the lemon juice and sweetener over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and continue to whisk vigorously over the heat to avoid lumps forming; the mixture will thicken. Remove from the heat and add the butter. Mix well and put on top of the panna cotta glasses. Refrigerate again for a few minutes and finish by adding berries of your choice. Enjoy your food! 😋
