Ingredients :
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups almond flour (available here)
- 2 tbsp. tbsp coconut flour (available here)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon of cream 35%
- 1/2 cup erythritol (available here)
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of melted/softened butter or coconut oil (available here)
- 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Almonds and pecans to garnish
Makes 12 slices.
