Here’s a great keto alternative for a banana and chocolate chip muffin recipe! 🧁🍌
Ingredients :
• A medium banana
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup avocado oil or coconut oil (available here)
• 2 cups of almond flour (available here)
• 1 C. tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 cupsweetener of your choice (available here)
• 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (available here)
• A pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp. banana flavoring (optional)
Makes a dozen muffins.
