• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
• 1 whole egg or just the white, your choice
Spread Ingredients:
• 1 C. tablespoons of natural peanut butter (or natural nut butter ) (available here)
• A few pieces of sugar-free dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips (available here)
• 1 C. tablespoon of erythritol / monk fruit (available here)
