A great recipe similar to a bowl of oatmeal. This makes you a delicious and healthy breakfast! 🥣

Ingredients :

  • 1/8 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/8 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 C. tbsp chia seeds (available here)
  • 1 C. tablespoon of hemp seeds (available here)
  • 1 C. tbsp ground flaxseed (available here)
