  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of almond flour (available here)
  • 1 C. tablespoonof sweetener of your choice (available here)
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg

Makes one large waffle (or two minis)
