Keto Chocolate Waffles with Cream Topping - Keys Nutrition

Here are two keto chocolate waffles, layered with cream filling to delight your taste buds! 🤎
Waffle Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tsp. tablespoon of pure cocoa powder (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sweetener of your choice (available here)
• 1 C. tablespoons of 35% cream or coconut cream (available here)
• 1 C. tsp coconut flour (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract

Method :
Preheat the waffle iron. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour half of the mixture into your waffle iron. Cook for around 5 minutes. Carefully unmold your waffle and do the same operation with the remaining mixture. Let your waffles rest.

Topping Ingredients:
• 1/3 of a package of softened cream cheese
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of Swerve powder (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract

Method :
Using a food processor, beat cream cheese until creamy, add vanilla extract and Swerve powder and mix again. Add to the center of your two waffles, saving a little creaming for the top. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired. 🍓🤎
