• 1 1/2 tsp. tablespoon of pure cocoa powder (available here)

Method :
Preheat the waffle iron. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour half of the mixture into your waffle iron. Cook for around 5 minutes. Carefully unmold your waffle and do the same operation with the remaining mixture. Let your waffles rest.

Using a food processor, beat cream cheese until creamy, add vanilla extract and Swerve powder and mix again. Add to the center of your two waffles, saving a little creaming for the top. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired. 🍓🤎
