- 156g of fresh or chopped ham
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp. almond flour (available here)
- 3/4 cup of grated parmesan
- Spices of your choice (available here)
- Olive oil or avocado oil for cooking (available here)

Method:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape 6 patties. In a pan with olive or avocado oil, cook your patties on each side until golden brown.
