Method :In a bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, chosen spices, salt and pepper. Also prepare another bowl by whisking 1 or 2 eggs. Reserve both bowls. In a pot or deep fryer, melt your oil. Dip your pieces of cheese curds into the egg mixture and then into the keto breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Enjoy with a nice spicy mayonnaise or low-carb tomato sauce! ❤️
