Steps
Method :Preheat oven to 375F. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and set aside. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside again. In an ovenproof pan, cook the ground beef with the olive or avocado oil. Add the spice mixture and stir well. Add the diced peppers and salsa. Cook for a few minutes and combine the egg and green onion mixture. Cover with cheese and bake for around thirty minutes.
