Method :Preheat the oven to 400F. Brush your salmon steaks with olive or avocado oil and salt/pepper. Bake for around twenty minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the butter and garlic to infuse the flavors. Deglaze with the white wine, simmer and add your half boursin until it has melted. Finish with the cream and mix until the consistency of a nice sauce. Add your small shrimp and season to your taste. Take your blocks out of the oven. Arrange your plates by adding the sauce to your salmon. Enjoy your food! 😋
