MĂŠthode :PrĂŠchauffer le four Ă 400F. Badigeonner dâhuile dâolive ou dâavocat et saler/poivrer vos pavĂŠs de saumon. Enfourner une vingtaine de minutes. Pendant ce temps, dans une petite casserole, faire chauffer le beurre et lâail pour bien imprĂŠgner les saveurs. DĂŠglacer avec le vin blanc, mijoter et dĂŠposer votre demi boursin jusquâĂ ce quâil ai bien fondu. Terminer avec la crème et mĂŠlanger jusquâĂ consistance dâune belle sauce. Ajouter vos petites crevettes et assaisonner Ă votre goĂťt. Sorter vos pavĂŠs du four. Dresser vos assiette en ajoutant la sauce Ă votre saumon. Bon appĂŠtit! đ

Ingredients :
⢠4 salmon steaks
⢠Cocktail shrimp ( about 1 cup )
⢠1/2 Boursin cheese with fine herbs
⢠3/4 cup of 35% cream or coconut cream (available here)
⢠2 cloves garlic
⢠2 tbsp. tablespoon of salted butter
⢠1/4 low-carb white wine
⢠Olive oil or avocado oil (available here)
⢠Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
Preheat the oven to 400F. Brush your salmon steaks with olive or avocado oil and salt/pepper. Bake for around twenty minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the butter and garlic to infuse the flavors. Deglaze with the white wine, simmer and add your half boursin until it has melted. Finish with the cream and mix until the consistency of a nice sauce. Add your small shrimp and season to your taste. Take your blocks out of the oven. Arrange your plates by adding the sauce to your salmon. Enjoy your food! đ
