Method :Prepare a large 12-cavity muffin tin with parchment paper cups. (or 24 small ones, just divide your carbs in half) Place the pecans in the bottom of the molds. Melt all the other ingredients and fill your mold cavities 3/4 full. Place in the freezer until frozen.

Ingredients :
• 4 oz cocoa butter (available here)
• 4 tbsp. tbsp coconut oil (available here)
• 4 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
• 2 to 4 tbsp. tablespoon of Swerve powder (available here)
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 pinches of salt
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Makes 12 cavities of a large muffin pan or 24 mini muffins.
