Méthode :
Couper les côtes en morceaux de 3 ou 4 os et placer dans la mijoteuse. Ajouter les ingrédients et mélanger avec les mains pour bien imprégner les côtes. Partir à «Low» pour environ 10h.
Méthode :
Après la cuisson des côtes, retirer les de la mijoteuse. Mélanger les ingrédients de la sauce et appliquer cette sauce avec un pinceau culinaire directement sur les côtes. Enfourner quelques minutes en mode «broil» en les surveillant. Bon appétit! 😋

Rib Ingredients:
• 2 large ribs
• 3 tbsp. teaspoon chili powder
• 1 C. teaspoon smoked paprika
• 3 tbsp. tbsp brown sugar Swerve (available here)

Method :
Cut the ribs into 3 or 4 bone pieces and place in the slow cooker. Add the ingredients and mix with your hands to coat the ribs well. Leave at “Low” for around 10 hours.

BBQ Sauce Ingredients (spicy):
• 1 C. teaspoon spicy sauce of your choice
• 2 tbsp. teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1 C. teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1 C. teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 tsp. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if you want it spicier)

Method :
After the ribs are cooked, remove them from the slow cooker. Mix the sauce ingredients and apply this sauce with a culinary brush directly to the ribs. Bake for a few minutes in “broil” mode, monitoring them. Enjoy your food! 😋
