Churros “Fat bombs” - Keys Nutrition

Here are some tender keto churros style bites! You will lick your fingers. ❤️

Ingredients :
1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 cups of almond flour (available here)
• 2 tbsp. teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 C. tablespoon of erythritol (available here)
• 3 tbsp. tsp Swerve brown sugar (available here)
• 1 C. teaspoon cinnamon

Method :
Mix all the ingredients except the Swerve brown sugar and cinnamon. Refrigerate for ten minutes. Prepare the Swerve brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Shape into balls and roll them in the mixture. Enjoy lovingly!

Makes around forty balls. ( 1 cm in diameter )
