Method :In a large skillet, cook the chicken, the bacon pieces, the pepper previously cut into pieces, the green onions, sprinkling everything with spices. Once cooked, add the shallot and garlic to infuse the flavors. Then your half Boursin cheese and the cream. Simmer well. Transfer everything to a baking dish to grate everything with mozzarella cheese. Enjoy your food!
