• A few slices of bacon cooked and roughly cut
• 1/2 Boursin cheese with fine herbs
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• About 1/2 cup of 40% ( or 35% ) cream
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1 French shallot
• Green onions to taste
• 1 pepper
• Sugar-free grilling spices (available here)
