Chewy vanille and chocolate brownies / WITHOUT Sugar / Keys Nutrition

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 cup of erythritol

  • 2 large eggs 

  • 1/2 cup of butter *softened

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of keto chocolate chips

 

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients - almond flour, baking powder, erytrithol, chocolate chips or nuts of choice and mix well.

  3. In the same bowl, add you wet ingredients - eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract and mix until just combined

  4. Transfer your batter into a lined pan (8 X 8-inch) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a the top is golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan completely.

 

Makes about 12 servings
