
Chewy vanille and chocolate brownies / WITHOUT Sugar / Keys Nutrition
Ingredients:

2 cups of almond flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of erythritol

2 large eggs

1/2 cup of butter *softened

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of keto chocolate chips
Instructions :

In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients - almond flour, baking powder, erytrithol, chocolate chips or nuts of choice and mix well.

In the same bowl, add you wet ingredients - eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract and mix until just combined

Transfer your batter into a lined pan (8 X 8-inch) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a the top is golden.
