Method :Preheat the barbecue. (Also done in the oven at 400F). Prepare the ground beef balls by mixing the egg, grated cheese, garlic, tamari sauce and spices (to taste). Form about twenty balls and set aside. Cut your vegetables. Alternately skewer your meatballs, the vegetables and the previously cut haloumi cheese. We put this on the barbecue and enjoy it fully. ❤️
