Here's a comforting bowl of Korean flavor made with cauliflower rice and seasoned ground meat, all low in carbs. 🍚🥢

Beef Ingredients:
• 1lb ground beef
• 4 cloves of garlic ( 1 tbsp. chopped garlic )
• 2 peppers, roughly cut
• 1/2 onion finely chopped
• Some mushrooms
• Finely chopped green onions to taste
• 1 C. teaspoon sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup coconut nectar soy sauce (available here)
• 1/4 cup beef broth
• 2 tbsp. teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 C. teaspoon spicy sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste


Cauliflower Rice Ingredients:
• 1 C. tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil (available here)
• A medium cauliflower
• Pepper and salt to taste

Method :
Using a blender, grind the cauliflower into small grains of rice. Add the “rice” with the olive/avocado oil to a wok ( or a medium deep frying pan ). Heat everything for a few minutes, seasoning to your taste. Transfer to a bowl, covering the surface to retain heat. In the same wok, brown the meat with the vegetables ( peppers, garlic and onion ), saving the mushrooms for the end of cooking. While the meat is cooking, in a small bowl, combine the beef broth, sesame oil, coconut nectar soy sauce and spicy sauce. Add to your ground beef and simmer for a few minutes. Prepare 4 bowls of cauliflower rice, add your preparation and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

Makes 4 servings.
