Here is a very simple recipe for “beuscuits” with keto “peanut” butter! 🥜
Ingredients :
• 1 cup room temperature peanut butter (available here)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup erythritol (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of almond flour (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract
Method :
Mix all ingredients. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Form 1 tablespoon balls, crush and form lines using a fork (as in the picture). Cook for approximately 12 minutes at 350F.
Makes 20 cookies.
