OMEGA-3 ENRICHED WITH AEP, IN THERAPEUTIC DOSES, FROM HIGHLY PURIFIED, HIGH QUALITY FISH OIL.

Benefits;

Omega-3s are essential for good health. They are part of the cell membranes of each of our cells and serve as the basic materials for the production of anti-inflammatory molecules in our body. The North American diet does not provide enough omega-3 to maintain beneficial levels. It would be necessary to eat 3 to 4 servings of fatty fish per week.

The omega-6/omega-3 balance of the North American diet is 20:1 to 50:1 (Mariamenatu and Abdu, 2021). It should be 4:1 (5 times too much omega-6 to omega-3). Omega-6, which we consume in excess of omega-3, comes from meat or vegetable oils and is used to produce inflammatory molecules.

Omega-3s are essential for the proper functioning of the brain, the cells of the human body, for cardiovascular health and to reduce inflammation. They are therefore an element to be favored for the maintenance of good health.

Good mood;

The brain is composed mostly of lipids. More than 55% of its dry weight is oil. Omega-3s are therefore particularly important for its proper functioning, including the regulation of emotions. The role of EPA would be even more important than DHA (Kalkmanet al, 2021).This is why we offer highly purified Omega-3 BASE, enriched with EPA, to take care of your emotional health.

Cardiovascular:

Omega-3s have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects that add to other protective mechanisms to explain their large number of beneficial effects for the cardiovascular system. Thus, the European Society of Cardiology and the American College of Cardiology, consider omega-3 supplementation as an effective strategy to reduce the risk of hospitalization and mortality in people who have had heart attacks (Oppedisanoet al, 2021).This is why we propose BASE highly purified omega-3, enriched with EPA, for your cardiovascular health.

Inflammation;

A diet low in omega-3 facilitates the body's production of inflammation (Mariamenatu and Abdu, 2021). Thus, restoring the proper ratio of omega-3s through supplementation can help reduce inflammatory processes. This reduction in inflammation is particularly desirable for pain, mobility and joint problems (Oppedisanoet al, 2021). That's why we offer highly purified BASE Omega-3, enriched with EPA, to help you reduce inflammation.

N.B. At high doses, there is a risk of of arrhythmias by increasing the risk of atrial fibrillation or flutter.
