Description

MULTIPLE ACTIONS FOR MAINTAINING AND SUPPORTING CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH. ANTIOXIDANT FOR MAINTAINING GOOD HEART HEALTH.

Benefits;

Helps maintain and support cardiovascular health.
Antioxidant for maintaining good heart health.

It is recommended to take VITOLI ^MD CARDIOVASCULAR to reduce oxidation, while supporting the health of the cardiovascular system by taking Coenzyme Q10 and vitamins B6, B9 and B12. Not all antioxidants are equal. The quantities and origin of the antioxidants found in the Vitoli ^MD range have been carefully selected to ensure quality and effectiveness. It is recommended to take Vitoli ^MD CARDIOVASCULAR with a meal to facilitate the absorption of coenzyme Q10.

Aging better;

It is now clear that the activity of mitochondria (our cellular energy factories) deteriorates as we age and is directly linked to cardiovascular health (Marzetti et al , 2013). This deterioration in their activity causes, among other things, an increase in oxidation levels and damage to endothelial functions. In addition to the antioxidants in the Provitol ^MD Complex , Vitoli ^MD CARDIOVASCULAR contains coenzyme Q10 necessary for the proper functioning of mitochondria and vitamins B6, B9 and B12 which help reduce homocysteine, an important risk factor for heart disease (Lee and al , 2010).

Professionals:

A health claim is permitted in Europe on olive polyphenols from a dose of 5 mg/day of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives. The EFSA concluded that there are clear benefits based on scientific data for the prevention of blood lipid oxidation (EFSA Journal, 2011).
Coenzyme Q10 plays an important role in the energy production of cells and organs in the human body. A large number of pathologies can benefit from a coenzyme Q10 supplement. Garrido-Maraver and colleagues (2014) provide a comprehensive review.
Epidemiological studies have demonstrated that homocysteine is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. The 20 to 40% reduction in this by taking vitamins B6, B9 and B12 has not clearly demonstrated a reduction in risks (Lee et al. , 2010). The low observed potential is however valid in consideration of vitamin B12 deficiencies in aging populations (Kolber and Houle, 2014) and the other benefits of vitamins B6 and B9.
The use of statins can decrease the concentration of Q10 and Metformin can decrease B12.

Ingredients:

Provitol ^MD , olive extract (Olea europaea, fruit)

Hu and colleagues (2014) highlighted the beneficial effect of hydroxytyrosol on cardiovascular health in general, as well as on 3 specific facets. Part of these benefits would come from the modulation of the metabolic pathways of aging (Menendez et al. , 2013). The formulation of the Provitol ^MD Complex by Vitoli ^MD is equivalent to 100% of the required dose of hydroxytyrosol for the health claim permitted by the EFSA in Europe (Helps reduce the oxidation of blood lipids).

Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 is a natural molecule found in the cell walls of mitochondria and which plays a very important role in the energy production of cells and in the control of lipid oxidation (Eilat-Adar et al . 2013).

Vitamin B6, B9 (folic acid) and B12

These B vitamins are necessary for a large number of cellular functions. They are found in several foods including leafy green vegetables, legumes, whole grain products, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, bananas, avocados (folic acid (B9) and B6), meat, fish, eggs and dairy products (vitamin B12).

Nonmedicinal ingredients

Magnesium stearate,

microcrystalline cellulose.

A non-medicinal ingredient means any substance added to a natural health product to impart the desired consistency or shape to the medicinal ingredients. These are therefore filler substances, making it easier to put into capsules. They do not influence the health benefits of the product.
