Refund Policy

Since we deliver food, refunds and returns are impossible.

It is your responsibility to collect your package and enter the correct address. In the event that you have failed to collect it or have entered an incorrect address, return costs to our distribution center as well as a new shipping cost will be requested from you in order to send you your package again.

For heavier or bulkier products, a transport surcharge may be requested even if the invoice includes more than $50 worth of products. This surcharge is visible on the site on certain products but may also be requested after placing your order. For regions further from Quebec such as Abitibi, certain sectors of the North Shore such as Baie-Comeau, Gaspésie, Outaouais etc., there could also be transport costs. In the event of an overcharge, you will be contacted with the option to accept this surcharge, order with an amount allowing us to absorb the delivery costs or simply to cancel. Despite our efforts to always have access to the best rate, these delivery costs are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

• Shipments of frozen orders are made every week in order of priority according to the date of your order, from MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY EXPRESS.

• Your order will be sent to the address you provided when paying for it. (Please do not forget to mention the apartment numbers, the premises if delivery to work or any information that could help the delivery people to drop off the package in the right places. Receptionist, colleague or others)

• If you are not on site during delivery you will need to check your tracking numbers and contact the delivery company to collect your package. It is your responsibility not to delay its recovery.

• For any order, you are required to provide the full delivery address. We will not be held responsible and will not provide any compensation for a loss of package, theft or damage due to an error, a lack of information in the transcription of the address or a delay on the part of a carrier. . It is your responsibility to collect your package as quickly as possible and follow up with the carrier.
