Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delays may occur because of holidays, weather, or inventory shortages. Partial shipments are not made: missing items will either ship after a reasonable restock period or be refunded. Once a parcel is handed to Canada Post, Purolator, Nationex, or Loomis, delivery times are outside our control and delays are not compensated.

Because products may be perishable or frozen, all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges except when we made an error. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and all required access information. Additional fees may apply to remote regions or heavy and oversized parcels. International delivery is at the customer's risk and expense, including duties and taxes, and cannot be refunded.
