Ingredients: Cream 35%, Butter, Xylitol*, Fleur de sel.

Original caramel

Ingredients: Cream 35%, Butter, Xylitol*.

Dark chocolate caramel

Ingredients: Cream 35%, Xylitol*, Butter, Cocoa 100%.

Mix well before consuming and store in the refrigerator after opening.

* Xylitol is a polyol extracted from birch bark, considered for around twenty years as a remarkable substitute for sugar. Xylitol is commonly called birch sugar. If consumed in too large quantities, xylitol can have laxative effects.

Note that the cream tends to form a layer on the surface so it is advisable to stir it before consuming it. It is also recommended to put the caramel in the refrigerator after opening so that it is less liquid but it may become grainy because of the xylitol, it will return to its smooth texture once reheated. Duration of 30 days after opening. As the production is artisanal, the texture may vary from one time to another. The term caramel is used for this product but since xylitol does not have the ability to caramelize, it is more of a caramel butter.
