Delivery:
This product is kept frozen in our facilities and can be kept for 10 days after defrosting ! The day it comes out of the freezer will be the day it is shipped, allow 10 days of life from this date, which it can be kept in your pantry or in the refrigerator. If not consumed before this date/to extend the shelf life of the product, please freeze it upon receipt of delivery to your home!

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delays may occur because of holidays, weather, or inventory shortages. Partial shipments are not made: missing items will either ship after a reasonable restock period or be refunded. Once a parcel is handed to Canada Post, Purolator, Nationex, or Loomis, delivery times are outside our control and delays are not compensated.

Because products may be perishable or frozen, all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges except when we made an error. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and all required access information. Additional fees may apply to remote regions or heavy and oversized parcels. International delivery is at the customer's risk and expense, including duties and taxes, and cannot be refunded.

Orders below $89.99 have a shipping fee of $9.99 to $14.99. We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, Nationex, and Loomis Express.
