3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 tbsp Omega Nutrition coconut oil

1 cup cream cheese

8 drops of liquid stevia [optional]

1/2 lemons, for juice and zest

1 tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened

1 tsp coconut oil, for chocolate
Before you begin
For best results, choose a high-quality chocolate containing 70% cocoa or more . This will make all the difference in taste and texture.
Method

Prepare the mold

Place 12 small silicone molds,

or line a 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 in) square pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the lemon-coconut base

Melt the butter and coconut oil in the microwave, in 15-second intervals.

Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.

Then add, to taste: a few drops of stevia (optional), the lemon juice and zest and the grated coconut.

Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared pan.

Add the chocolate layer

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, always in 15-second intervals, stirring between each step.

Pour this mixture over the lemon-coconut base and smooth with a spatula.

Cool and cut

Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the mixture is firm.

Unmold, remove the parchment paper and cut into 12 squares.
