🥦 Low-Carb Recipe: Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Cavatelli

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 200 g low-carb cavatelli or orzo

  • 200g diced chicken breast

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • ½ cup 35% cream

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta : In a pot of salted water, cook the cavatelli or orzo according to the instructions (often for less time than regular pasta). Drain.

  2. Prepare the filling : In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken and garlic, then cook until the chicken is golden brown.

  3. Add vegetables : Stir in broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Cream everything together : Pour in the cream and let it thicken slightly. Add the Parmesan and mix well.

  5. Assemble : Add the cavatelli, mix and adjust the seasoning.

  6. Serve warm with a little extra Parmesan cheese.
