🥦 Low-Carb Recipe: Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Cavatelli
Ingredients (2 servings)

200g diced chicken breast

1 cup broccoli florets

½ cup 35% cream

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove of garlic, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the pasta : In a pot of salted water, cook the cavatelli or orzo according to the instructions (often for less time than regular pasta). Drain.

Prepare the filling : In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken and garlic, then cook until the chicken is golden brown.

Add vegetables : Stir in broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Cream everything together : Pour in the cream and let it thicken slightly. Add the Parmesan and mix well.

Assemble : Add the cavatelli, mix and adjust the seasoning.

Serve warm with a little extra Parmesan cheese.
