Here's an alternative to a good Philly steak sub.. all on low carb bread!

Bread Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup almond flour (available here)
• 1/2 cup pork rinds, puffed and completely ground using a blender
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of ground psyllium (available here)
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup fresh, grated parmesan
• 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil or avocado oil (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon cream of tart
• 8 to 10 tbsp. tablespoons of 35% cream or unsweetened coconut milk (available here)
• Oregano powder to taste
• Garlic powder to taste
• Dried basil to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
Preheat the oven to 400F. Mix all the ingredients. Divide the mixture in two. Spread between two parchment papers and roll using a rolling pin. Bake for ten minutes.

Toppings Ingredients:
• 1 package of fondue beef
• 1/2 packet of mushrooms
• 1 small onion
• 1 pepper
• Chopped garlic
• Olive oil for cooking (available here)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Steak spices (available here)
• Mozzarella cheese

Method :
In a pan, sauté the vegetables in the olive oil with the chopped garlic, let the flavors infuse. Remove and transfer to a bowl. In the same pan, cook the steak until melted with the spices. Top your flatbreads, add the cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is nicely browned.
