A delicious keto Caesar salad, here is the recipe! 🥗🍗

Salad Ingredients:
• Romaine lettuce
• Slices of bacon cooked and cut into pieces
• Mozzarella cheese
• Crunchy Cheese Bites (available here)
• A chicken breast
• “Grilling” spices from the brand “ Les Savoureux Assaisonnements ” (available here)
• 1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
• Slices of sugar-free cold meats (optional)

Avocado Caesar Sauce Ingredients:
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 lawyer
• 1 cup olive oil or avocado oil (available here)
• 1 C. tablespoons of yogurt 10% or sour cream 14%
• 1 C. tablespoon of capers
• A drop of lemon juice
• Parmesan cheese to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
Cook your portion of chicken on a pan or on the barbecue, sprinkling with grilling spices. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Place all the ingredients except the oil at the bottom of a mason jar or a cylindrical bowl in order to fit a mixing arm for a more effective emulsion. Mix everything well, adding the olive or avocado oil in a drizzle until creamy. Put aside. Dress your salad by adding all the ingredients. Add the crunchy cheese bites as croutons! 😛 and finish with your tasty homemade Caesar sauce! 😋
