Ingredients :
- 1 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp. tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 C. spice tea
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. tbsp coconut oil
Preparation :
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the melted coconut oil and eggs.
- When the ingredients are all incorporated, form a ball by hand.
- Between two sheets of parchment paper, use the rolling pin to form a round dough.
- Go up the edge of the dough to form a small thick crust all over the edge.
- Grill the pizza on a pizza stone or gas BBQ. Grill at about 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes and remove when the sides begin to brown.
- Add your favorite toppings, then return to the grill for 5-7 minutes and enjoy.
