Here is a recipe for keto ham pancakes!
Ingredients :
• 156g of fresh or canned chopped ham
• 1 beaten egg
• 3 tbsp. tablespoon of almond flour (available here)
• 3/4 cup grated parmesan
Spices of your choice (available here)
Olive oil or avocado oil for cooking (available here)

Method :
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. In a pan with olive or avocado oil, cook your pancakes on each side until the pancakes are nicely browned.
